1) Name, Quantity, Sales Price Including VAT, Payment Method and Basic Qualifications of the Good or Service Subject to the Contract

- In the above section, there is information about how many installments will be paid for the order total to be sent to your bank.
- By organizing campaigns, your bank can apply a higher number of installments than the number of installments you choose, and services such as installment postponement can be offered. Such campaigns are at the discretion of your bank and if our company is aware of it, information about the campaigns is provided on our pages.
- Your bank will reflect on your credit card summary by dividing the order total by the number of installments starting from the account cutoff date of the credit card. The bank may not distribute the installment amounts equally to the months, taking into account the fractional differences. The creation of your detailed payment plan is at the discretion of your bank.

2) Packaging, shipping and delivery costs are borne by the Buyer. The shipping fee is ……..-TL and the shipping price is added to the total amount of the order. It is not included in the product price. The delivery will be hand-delivered at the Buyer’s address specified above, via the contracted courier company. Even if the Buyer is not at the address at the time of delivery, our company will be deemed to have fulfilled its obligation fully and completely. For this reason, all kinds of damages arising from the late delivery of the product by the Buyer and the expenses incurred due to the product waiting in the cargo company and/or the return of the cargo to our Company shall also be borne by the Buyer.
3) The product will be delivered within 30 days at the latest from the contract date. All responsibility belongs to our company until the delivery of the product.
4) The buyer has the right to withdraw by rejecting the goods within 14 days from the delivery of the product subject to the contract to himself or the person/organization at the address indicated. The product price is returned to the Buyer within 10 days from the date on which the consumer’s notice of withdrawal is received by the seller. The shipping cost of the product returned due to the right of withdrawal is borne by the Seller.
We undertake that the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract by refusing the goods or services within fourteen days from the date of receipt of the goods or the signing of the contract without any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason, and to take back the goods from the date of receipt of the withdrawal notification to the seller or supplier.
In the event that our company does not fulfill the above-mentioned obligations, the consumer is not bound by the fourteen-day period to use the right of withdrawal. In any case, this period expires one year after the end of the withdrawal period. The 14-day period starts from the day the consumer receives the goods in contracts for the delivery of the goods, and from the day the contract is concluded in other contracts.
The consumer cannot use the right of withdrawal in the following contracts:
- Contracts for goods or services whose price varies depending on the fluctuations in the financial markets and which are not under the control of the seller or supplier.
- Contracts for goods prepared in line with the consumer’s wishes or personal needs.
- Contracts for the delivery of perishable or expired goods.
- From the goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery; Contracts for the delivery of those whose return is unsuitable in terms of health and hygiene.
- Contracts for goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature.
- Contracts regarding services that are started to be performed with the approval of the consumer before the expiry of the right of withdrawal.
5) Due to the use of the website you use to place an order, no additional cost is charged to the consumers regarding the fee schedule.
6) The validity period of all commitments, including the price stated in this “Information Form”, is 30 days.
7) We do not have a product that we offer for sale as a product that is performed continuously or periodically.
8) We do not have any form of sale regarding the products that we offer for sale for an indefinite period or for a period of more than one year.
9) Complaints and objections of consumers: In accordance with the COMMUNIQUE ON INCREASING MONETARY LIMITS published by the Ministry of Customs and Trade on 16 December 2021 in the Official Gazette;
monetary limits
The value in applications to be made to the Consumer Arbitration Committees for the year 2022;
- a) District Consumer Arbitration Committees in disputes under 10.280 (ten thousand two hundred and eighty) Turkish Liras,
- b) Provincial Consumer Arbitration Committees in disputes between 10.280 (ten thousand two hundred eighty) Turkish Liras and 15.430 (fifteen thousand four hundred thirty) Turkish Liras in provinces with metropolitan status,
- c) Provincial Consumer Arbitration Committees in disputes under 15,430 (fifteen thousand four hundred and thirty) Turkish Liras in the centers of provinces that are not in metropolitan status,
ç) Provincial Consumer Arbitration Committees in disputes between 10.280 (ten thousand two hundred eighty) Turkish Liras and 15.430 (fifteen thousand four hundred thirty) Turkish Liras in districts of provinces that are not in metropolitan status,
is in charge.
Provincial Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized within the boundaries of the province, and District Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized within the boundaries of the district. In districts where a Consumer Arbitration Committee has not been established, the Consumer Arbitration Committee determined by the Ministry for that district is authorized.
Applications can be made to the Consumer Arbitration Committee where the consumer is located or where the consumer transaction is made.
10) Payment by credit card etc. In cases where the card is made without issuing a spending document, in case the card is used unlawfully by someone else; Transactions are made in accordance with the provisions of the Bank Cards and Credit Cards Law No. 5464 dated 23/2/2006 and the Regulation on Bank Cards and Credit Cards published in the Official Gazette dated 10/3/2007 and numbered 26458.
11) Regarding the legal consequences of the buyer’s default, the provisions of the Law on the Protection of the Consumer and the Turkish Code of Obligations are applied.
